Day 1 - Hanoi – Cat Ba island via Hai Phong city (L, D)
Morning:
- Your adventure begins with a convenient hotel pick-up in Hanoi at 7:00 AM.
- Embark on a scenic journey along the N05 highway, offering picturesque views of rice paddies and charming villages.
- Arrive in bustling Hai Phong City around 10:00 AM before boarding a speedboat/ ferry for the exhilarating 20-minute ride to Cat Ba Island.
- Immerse yourself in the stunning coastal scenery as you approach the island, surrounded by lush greenery and the refreshing sea breeze.
Afternoon:
- Check into the cozy Cat Ba Eco Lodge between 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM and enjoy a delicious lunch to fuel your exploration.
- At 2:00 PM, embark on a captivating trek to the enchanting Butterfly Valley. Follow an old water-carrying trail through the captivating Cat Ba National Park, now transformed into lush litchi and sweet potato orchards. Discover the hidden gem of Liên Minh village, a serene escape from the main island, where you can relax with a refreshing green tea hosted by a local family.
- Return to the lodge around 5:00 PM.
Evening:
- Unwind and savor the flavors of the island with a delicious dinner at the lodge from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
- Enjoy the peaceful ambiance and prepare for another day of adventure.
Day 2 - Lan Ha Bay – Cat Ba Island (B, L, D)
Morning Serenity and Embarkation:
- Start your day leisurely with a refreshing swim or a peaceful stroll around the nearby lake.
- At 11:30 AM, we'll transfer you to Ben Beo Pier for boarding. Once on board, unwind with a welcome drink as our friendly crew briefs you on the day's itinerary.
Afternoon Adventure:
- Savor a delicious seafood lunch (vegetarian and kids' options available) as we navigate through the stunning Lan Ha Bay. Marvel at the breathtaking limestone formations that dot the horizon.
- Around 2:00 PM, embark on a thrilling kayaking adventure through hidden lagoons, secluded beaches, and local fish farms. For the adventurous, paddle into the mysterious Dark and Bat caves (weather permitting).
Evening Bliss:
- Return to the boat and spend the afternoon relaxing on the sundeck, enjoying swimming, fishing, or simply soaking up the sun.

Day 3 - Cat Ba Island – Hanoi (B, L)

Afternoon Return:

- Disembark at approximately 12:00 PM and catch the transfer back to Hanoi, arriving around 4:00 PM.
